A week back

out of town.

spent birthday with loverboy this year. no extravagant celebrations, just a simple day out. well, the whole week was like a birthday treat anyways. Christmas was boring though, given the fact that Perth was like a dead town. still, thankful for the chance to be there, seeing boyf after a good 4 months.

thank you love for everything. for being my chauffeur, my photographer, my sugar daddy, my atm machine, my trash bag, my man… oh, i also appreciate all the texts, facebook and twitter (though not a lot) birthday wishes from friends who remembered. warms my heart! (:

Finally

and officially.

finally the countdown is ending. cleared (most of) my work and i’m gonna put everything else undone aside. parents are finally home after a week and it’s my turn to fly tomorrow. i wonder if i’ll be afraid to take the plane alone because it wasn’t until Saturday night that i realised i AM actually afraid to be home alone. still can’t believe i cried myself to sleep that night. that aside, very much looking forward to finally spend some time with my beau after 4 months…

Moments

think happy thoughts.

since we’re like miles apart, the only thing i could do at the perfect 11.11.11 11:11 and 12.12.12 12:12 moments was to screenshot my home screen. well, i know it’s dumb to keep track of that cos every other minute and second is unique in it’s own way which yes, also occurs only once in a lifetime. still, you can’t deny they are a set of nice pretty numbers to see, right? anyway, this should be the last of the “perfect moments” since there wouldn’t be a 13.13.13. so here, just enjoy this “overrated” day while we can.. ❤

It’s D month

season of joy.

Christmas tree in the office has been up for nearly a month now. and once again, snow is “falling” on this blog as well. i’ve always loved December. loving it even more this year with so many things to look forward to.. and it’s exactly 2 more weeks till my short little break to Down Under. i’m feeling butterflies in my stomach already…

Counting

counting my blessings.

so yes, with the flight confirmation, I AM GOING TO PERTH AGAIN! one, to find my boy. two, to spend birthday with my boy. three, to celebrate Christmas with my boy. four, for a good getaway with my boy. five… oh, repeated that too much. but yes, i am VERY excited to meet my boy sooner than expected. countdown just went from 56 to 32. something to look forward to this holiday.. this is gonna be the best birthday present ever. *smiles

Addiction

so little time, so much to do..

other than work, the usual online shopping and stuff, been pretty much caught up with 3 new addictions recently.

  1. Hot Yoga – on the 3rd lesson with an introductory 10-day pass and i’m actually loving it! still find the 90-minute class torturous but am always looking forward to the next. sweating out is good and i really hope i can master the postures soon..
  2. Fifty Shades Trilogy – near the last few chapters of the 2nd book already and still very intrigued by it, must admit the erotic parts are kinda heavy but i actually like the storyline; can’t wait for the film to be out..
  3. Clash of Clans – decided to try out the game seeing boyf so into it and boy, it’s kinda addictive. i’m not quite a good strategy player but am learning the way and getting the hang of it.. oh, and this is the first time i’m doing an in-app purchase on a free game. see the effect of this game on me? *laughs

by the way, having a long weekend at this period doesn’t seem too good. with major launches coming up next week, i just hope we can complete everything to prepare for delivery when we go back to work on Monday.

The switch

and finally…

i’ve to admit i got a little hooked to hwz forums for the past few weeks. but also thanks to the “bros” over there, i got my new phone and did the switch at no cost. (even made profit, hehe) also thanks to the telcos for always being out of stock that i had more time to think through my decisions. i’m an official happy android user now. oh, i switched telcos too. from the green to the orange, not sure if it’s a good choice but at least i’m gonna have 24-hour free calls to boyf in future. *laughs

anyway, if you’d like to know, i bought my S3 LTE from Adix82 and sold my iPhoneS to ICMI Mobile. both shops located near Bugis and they are all very helpful and friendly.. (:

NE Games Day 2012

working miracles.

so we wrapped up our annual games day in a flash. the preparation was disastrous; probably cos we started preparing too late this year. for the first time, we weren’t completely ready even up till an hour before the event began. other than a little hiccup here and there, everything went well (i guess). thank you all who attended and of cos the team who helped out. we totally made a miracle happen. *raise champagne glasses*

PS: i’d really love to upload some photos from our hardwork but i’m too lazy. guess instagram made me so… lol
