Lomo fix needed

digital lomo is love.

this was one of my favourite birthday presents from the councilors on my 21st. been bringing it around with me for a few overseas trip but the next thing i know, it’s gone already. well, not physically gone but i’ve no idea why it just wouldn’t start up. wasn’t too sad until i was recently reminded of the lomo stuffs again… now i’m shortlisting two digi lomo cameras and damn, i’m so tempted to lay my hands on both of them!

temptations temptations…

2011 in review [eewhesteey.com]

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2011 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

A New York City subway train holds 1,200 people. This blog was viewed about 5,200 times in 2011. If it were a NYC subway train, it would take about 4 trips to carry that many people.

Start of 2012

happy new year!

spent the first hour plus of the year with the clique as usual, writing and sharing our resolutions. great to have baby “by my side” too although just virtually. spent the rest of the day at the annual thanksgiving in the morning and then to work. nothing really specially but we baked a cake to celebrate 2012!

hope the year will mark a great start for everyone and all my fellow dragon babies, it’s finally going to be our year, again! heh.

2 more weeks!

Happy birthday

and 冬至快乐!

hiding my birthday from my Facebook profile just so the wall won’t be flooded – i think i do this every year. well, even so, there are always people who will remember and still post their well wishes without fail. there are also bound to be people who gets reminded by these people and posts too. then eventually, it’s like i never hid my birthday from my profile at all. anyhow, thanks to all who remembered or got reminded, for the well wishes on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, SMS, phone calls and whats not. it’s the simplest ever but still, i had a blast for my birthday. special thanks to boyf for the many surprises throughout the day, as well as all my friends, family and colleagues who celebrated with me. so now, i’m 23, already….

24 more days!

Gift from heaven

angelic.

babies are such great gifts from heaven, i don’t see a reason why not to love them. especially Jermaine’s little angel who’s so sweet. that’s baby Keryn in my arms with her cheeky smile. thanks to Lisa for the shot, i super love this photo although i’m like carrying her in a super awkward position. right, i wanna be a mommy too! (say only..)

29 days!

Into December

hello december

was randomly visiting my own blog (ya, i am that bored) although i haven’t been updating it and i realised SNOW is falling on this space again! wow, in the blink of an eye, the festive season is around the corner already! heh. anyways, December has always been my favourite month but somehow this year, i can’t wait for it to be over. so looking forward to 2012, reunion with the boyf, our little getaway, CNY and all! well, it’s another 2 weeks to my birthday yet i’m not exactly excited.. why oh why!

4th monthsary!

海枯石烂

48 days.

really love this song! kinda got hooked to it after watching The Oath 《行医》 earlier in the month.. Jesseca Liu is probably one of the main reasons why i actually watched it. well, i’ve always been rather supportive of local productions anyways, just that i don’t watch those episodes broadcasted on TV, doing it either online or on the pre-loaded MobTV select on mio just so i can watch as & when i feel like it and more importantly, not being restricted to the 7pm or 9pm timing while sitting through umpteen advertisements..

Surprise

distance zero.

silly made a surprise trip back to Singapore, giving me a shock of my life. nonetheless, i had one of the best weekends ever in these two months! apart from his presence, i had a good catch up with the TLC ladies, ex- and current colleagues at the wedding lunch as well as a short meet-up with the two lookalikes. well, back to work soon in a few hours’ time but at least, for the next two weeks, no matter how much work or how busy i’m going to be, there’s something (someone) to look forward to after work. heh.

thanks for everything…

Anger management

bad month.

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you’re at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion…

controlling anger?
