Education

i’m so impressed. i took my 5-year old darling to the toilet today and after she was done with her stuffs, she actually started washing her hands in the above way (or even more than just that 6 steps). so adorable! she was trying to recall each and every step she was taught in school, and she even recited the steps to me so that i could learn too. with that, think thrice before you teach a kid something you’re unsure of because i think, they really learn..

rights, if you’ve noticed, i changed my current media again! right now, it’s playing this pretty boy’s song! i really love his voice, unique with a style of his own. been waiting for the songs and his album to be out and yup, today is the day i own all of them! *grins*

oh yes, and i almost forgot, i haven’t wished my daddy, “happy fathers’ day!“. oops.

Private sales

had a date with the clique, minus ah chu again, early Saturday morning. credits to zz, we had the VIP tickets to enter Fossil Private Sales at 10am. the public could only enter after 12pm. unexpectedly, we had to queue for quite awhile even though we reached damn early (like 9.45am?). in any case, everyone of us bought something. a watch each for us girls and a lot more each for the guys. now you know.. they are richer.

thinking about it, i’d say this is the first watch i’ve ever bought. in fact, it’s the first i’ve even owned. well, that’s if you disregard the Baby-Gs and kiddish market-bought watches i had when i was in primary school. anyways, (although i think everyone who knows me already knows this) i’ve a confession to make: i can’t read analog watches! but (i said BUT), i’m learning right now; and i’m doing a good job! *smiles proudly*

Friday the 13th

honestly, i didn’t realise that last Friday was Friday the 13th until last night. i guess that was because nothing really unlucky happened to me hence it was just like any other normal day. *laughs* worked for half a day before i rushed down to SIM (yes, the school i’m still trying hard to love) for my BBMKT enrolment talk.

seriously, it was DAMN boring. but i’m really really glad that i had thea with me! cannot imagine having to hide in one corner of the LT alone.. anyways, our class is pretty big. probably because i’m not used to treating a whole lecture group (of roughly 150 peeps) as a CLASS. i wonder how long it’s going to take us to know each and every one of our classmates..

well, the talk ended at about 4pm (scheduled to be 5pm) because everyone was feeling so restless and there were a couple of them already leaving the LT for good. traveled to town after that.

next half of Friday the 13th..
