天网恢恢,疏而不漏。

everything is so clear now, no? with all the speculations of who was at fault and all.. but as shattering as it may be, aren’t we glad the truth is out now? i’m not trying to be racist and point my finger at him just because he’s a PRC but please, it’s so clear he was drinking and he’s at fault for the accident..

please count how many seconds the light turned green – which meant the light was like red on his side for even longer – before that freaking (f*ck yea expensive) red Ferrari came speeding by. look how big that impact was, and imagine how worse the accident could have been..

imagine if this cab (which caught the video) went a little faster, 5 lives could be gone. yes he’s so lucky but sadly, Lady Luck wasn’t shining on Mr Cheng. seeing the video just makes me feel how fragile life is and how easy a tragedy can just fall like this from one’s moment of folly. it could be a challenge to beat a red light, or an easy excuse of rushing for time or anything at all. yea, accidents just happen.

i know it’s unfair and mean to say this but i sincerely wished Ma Chi didn’t just die. he deserves to live with his guilt for the rest of his life the second he decides to beat the red light, whether the lives were caused intentionally or not; i just feel that death was just too easy a sentence to him.

and it disgusts me that the media are all covering him for his offense and reporting on every little irrelevant news of his seemingly extra marital affair just because he’s some rich bastard. come on, show a little sympathy to the ones who are “buried along with him” instead..

oh well, at least we see the truth now. hope some justice can be done. my condolences to the families of the deceased – all 3 of them – but i STILL feel the family of Ma Chi should stop being so protective of him and start doing their part for the cabby’s family, after grieving.

what a tragedy.
