oh right, haven’t been updating for quite long – ok, 3 days’ considered LONG enough for me. *laughs* have been trying to and am done reformatting my computer. well, somehow, many old things (like songs, videos and pictures) are back to their respective places so not much space is CLEARED to use actually. the only good thing is that i don’t get that irritating blue screen anymore. but yup, i’ve no microsoft and photoshop to use right now thus, the lack of pictures.
these few days have been pretty hectic. at work, there were tons to do; good and bad, i shall not elaborate.. today was a very long day out in the sun. beaching? i wish, but no.. first stop was haw par villa to fulfill mr tan yong beng’s childhood dreams. up next, got cheated into walking a couple of kilometers on a i-don’t-know-what bridge. got tanned a little, sweat a lot, and tired a million.
so so glad there’s a vesak day before the start of the working week again. shall try to get more things done because i can see my to-do list getting longer AND longer! on a random note, i’ve been kinda bimbotic lately. guess it’s time to refrain a little.. LOL

movie with choon hua after work. it was great despite the ending being pretty expected. anyways, am seriously damn shagged. packed stacks and stacks of invoices at work and punching holes to file them all up.. even got my hand cut several times by the papers. *cries* well, 2 more days to a long vesak day weekend.. say hello to my nephew! *laughs out loud* if you ever remembered him appearing on my blog, his name is guowei. well, i can’t exactly recall why sister named him that but i know it has been his name for as long as he was with us.
poor him has been left on the cold recently and it wasn’t until yesterday when mommy threatened to throw him away that HIS mum (sister) realised his existence. then she quickly put him into the wash for a bath in the pail his bathtub. then i said, “be careful ah, later when you take him out, he luk sek!” then we burst out laughing like kids. it was really LOL lah. but yea, my nephew is perfectly alright, no colour runs, only *bling bling* clean! actually, isn’t he adorable? *smiles* sad for me though, i can’t remember what names i last gave my dolls. in fact, i don’t even have any that’s still sleeping with me right now..
snack of the day! failed to have fruits for lunch as planned (on my much-desired diet plan). on the contrary, i even added a packet of junky to my snack list. i swear it’s damn sinful but well, cravings are hard really to resist. anyways, time flew like a tissue paper being blown by a strong gust of wind today! many many little tasks makes up a busy Monday. you can say i’m sick for thinking like this but, i love being busy at work! *laughs*
didn’t celebrate mother’s day like how we used to in previous years.. everyone’s kinda busy and tired so we just had a simple dinner nearby. but well, people always say, “it’s the company, not the place, that matters”. so yes, very true. dinner with the family is always great. shall exclude all the details because they are all inside jokes. in any case, i love you, mummy! *grins*
here, if you can’t read the words on the box, maybe you can take a look at the thing inside the packagings. what do they resemble? *laughs* alright, if you still can’t figure out, let me tell you. it’s CONDOM! hahahaha. oh, not exactly that condom lah. they’re just chocolates. heh. it’s a gift brother bought from his taiwan trip. they’re quite yummy actually.. thanks eh! day out with my girls. i xpro-ed all the pictures with photoshop actions! hahaha. i didn’t even know such thing existed until i read about all the alternative photography and processing of films on the forums. well, i’m now awaiting my vivitar toy to arrive before i try taking real time UNedited xpro photographs.
anyways, i still haven’t figured out our purpose of town-ing today until now. but well, at least a little away from staying home is good. right, i’m getting very cranky and jumpy and paranoid nowadays and i don’t know why. somehow, there’s so much to whine about and i can’t help saying this: LIFE SUCKS!

daddy made me really sad for an hour. he called to tell me i’ve a letter from NUS and i asked him to open it on my behalf. and yup, as expected, BAD news. oh right, but i felt so much happier when i reached home to see that it’s NTU instead. honestly, i don’t bear any hopes on the latter so it’s still alright. now, two more letters to decide my fate. i don’t know which i’m pinning hopes on but i’m really not expecting much already. (:
i’m going to reformat my laptop real soon. so i’ve been mass-backing up the files. i wanted to have a clean start, getting rid of everything but i guess i really ain’t that brave. still, there’re lots that i want to keep! heh.
anyways, had a very disastrous adventure this evening. took my boy out for a ride to get the hard disk from gz then drove him to bt panjang. it seems like everything’s gone wrong and for once, i felt so duper unsafe in my own car. gosh.
at times, you may find yourself not fitting perfectly well somewhere; just tell yourself that at least you are almost there.. afterall, it beats having nowhere to be in at all. (:
can’t believe i was glued to the TV for 3 hours. well, can’t be blamed because there’s no more mobTV accounts to leech on. any kind souls out there? *grins* anyways, i thought The Showdown was pretty good. although not very original, it’s still the first in Singapore (i think?). and it’s great because you can catch it for free @ http://theshowdown.mediacorptv.sg/! now, who says you need mobTV?!
