on the 2nd month of antibiotics and 2nd week on Retin-A cream as prescribed by Dr Soh. i’ve read many good reviews about the cream and people seeing results within 3 weeks or longest 3 months. keeping faith with it now and i’ve been religiously applying sunscreen everyday since it is a necessity with this drug.

i’ve been on an emotional roller coaster for almost the entire week. seems like the whole week ever since i got back to Singapore. anyhow, saw this quote somewhere this morning and i thought it was so apt. at times, it just takes a simple step like that to be happy.
oh, and somehow, i feel best when i’m at work. i think i truly am a workaholic. fingers crossed to finding a job, soon….
happy 25th monthsary!
back from a surprise birthday trip for baby in Perth. spent a good 13 days rotting around, basically doing nothing. it feels good somehow, to be able to unwind myself like that, with nothing (solid) to worry about. wished i could just stay there forever. it was pretty much a eat, sleep, watch movie trip, with the first two occupying most of my time.
back to job hunting now, that’s the most stressful part of my life now, like literally…

happy 48th birthday Singapore and happy 2nd anniversary hsuanyee! it’s the first (and hopefully also the last) 9th of August that i’m spending alone without my beau but i guess dinner over the screen would still work out fine.. anyway, i started the “monthsary photos” in a box thingy last year and now we’re onto our 2nd box! can’t wait to fill up more boxes in years to come and look back on how much we might have changed over the years, month by month..
oh well, and it’s the first week of unemployment… haven’t really got the feeling set in since it’s like a short working week for everyone else anyway. still, i need to find out what i want to do next soon. yes i need a break but nah, i’m actually quite a workaholic who prefers to get some income rolling in than to sit home and cross my legs…

it’s been a long while since we traveled as a family. well, though this trip wasn’t exactly a family trip, we get to have moments like this, just 4 of us, which is good enough. Montigo is really beautiful, you really get to see another side of Batam and views that make you doubt if you’re really so near from home..

been back for a while now. with boyf around before i flew and him still around when i’m back made everything in Singapore seems unchanged. guess the worst that happened while i was away was the really bad haze attacking the air. thankfully it went away as soon as i came back. then again, there is going to be a change to my only constant for more than 3 years. really looking forward to a good one.
oh, and today is the 23rd monthsary with le boyf. was supposed to be a milestone day for us too but i guess we’re going to postpone that till a later date.. (:

4th day in the States and still can’t believe i’m finally here. feels weird to be on a time zone so far away from home. surprisingly, i haven’t experience any jetlag. i probably wake up earlier than i usually do but other than that, all’s good. WBIE Pre-3 Licensee Conference checked, WB VIP Studio Tour checked, quite a bit of shopping checked too. gonna have 3 days of E3 Convention to attend and more places to visit and i’ll be heading home already. anyway, really love the weather here. how i wished we have such cooling weather in Singapore…

we’re relocating again! work-related stuffs probably went from 6-7 boxes (when moving here) to just 2 boxes (to move over). another box that was packed out is filled with personal belongings i’ve brought to office and gifts accumulated over the years. seems like 3 years at this new place zoomed past just like that..
