first day of August, first day of Seventh month.

caught the movie last night with shihui, charles and darren. overall, it was pretty alright lah, but i personally feel that other than some of the funny parts, most other parts were quite rubbish. hahah.. bad animation but not TOO bad cos the idea is still there.. well, i almost cried but didn’t. i wonder if this is the first jack neo’s movie that i didn’t shed any tears for..

after school today was lunch at Green.on.Earth. treat by charles again, THANKS! but well, didn’t really enjoy the food there. on a side note, i really REALLY miss Roma’s. hahaha.. anyways, will be off for camp tmr, be back on Sunday. till then.. (:

Of skies

pretty skies, although not prettily captured, are still pretty, aren’t they? hahaha.. the same thing applies to me as well right? *blushes* hahaha.. ANYWAYS, it’s 4th week into school already and deadlines are drawer closer with each passing day.. how i wished all my assignments can be completed with a single wave of the magic wand. *sighs* on a lighter note, a date with darlings tomorrow! can’t wait.. (:

Beating

mambo night was a blast. saw a couple of familiar faces around.. actually it wasn’t anything to do with the place lah. not that i enjoyed the funny dancesteps, you see.. it’s the company, and the drinks. but i think the last thing i really recalled saying was “graveyard tastes like coffee”. *laughs* anyways, thanks charles and carmen for seeing me home, and sorry too for whatever i did, or did not do. hahaha.. pictures shall be up soon when i get the full set and finish cropping them for blogging purposes. am having a little hangover now but i think the butterflies in my stomach is killing me more. my heart is beating like so fast like nobody’s business and seriously, i’m already starting to feel nervous for later. i probably am just too afraid to fail. *sigh*

The palate

sometimes, when you start appreciating the silence around you, you’ll realise that the repertoire everyday is pretty much the same. there’s this piece of beautiful music – which i shall name it “The Office Melody” – always playing in the air. and i, too, play a part in this band, contributing to the main melody of keyboard-tapping and mouse-clicking like every other member. at certain parts of the movement, supporting melodies of paper-flipping, machines-moving, phone-ringing, chair-screeching and foot-stomping are also heard. minus voices of communication, it’s quite a relief that loud-snoring are not composed into the scores..

freako! say, i’m just too bored. anyways, it’s been a terrible day. i couldn’t eat properly due to the scratch on the hard palate in my mouth. (refer to the part marked X above) i was eating dried mangoes last night and it kinda scraped off a small piece of my skin. so yea, i can’t bite with my front tooth because it hurts when food comes in contact with the open wound. and the same goes for drinking water as well. *cries* i reckon it will be another 2 days or 3 before i can stop frowning each time my tongue touch the palate.. ):

all thanks to xumige, we went a little high over TALKING on msn. just imagine a window of sound clips – pressing F2, blabber to the mic, click Play, and repeat the process. hahaha. and then we suggested downloading Skype again where the 3 of us chatted for over an hour.. we could have a clique conference call but wushuyi wasn’t online, pzz couldn’t find his mic and ah chu didn’t want to download it! ):

well well. but it really reminds me of the days 2-3 years ago when everyone was so INTO Skype. btw, i still have like almost a few dozens of contacts on my list but none of them is online anymore. *laughs* anyways, regarding the title, click to read on..

The dilemma

finally back to work after so many days of rest. first thing i received in the morning was an envelope with these 4 GV movie vouchers from my colleague. thanks dear! shall give my family a “treat” as soon as some blockbuster movie hits the theatre. (:

for the whole day, it’s like i’m living in a dream. too many things going on in my mind that i can’t really figure what i am thinking of. seems so lost, caught in between, i really don’t know what route to take..

The rest

today’s motivation for work: two days leave on wednesday & thursday! *grins* the former is for Graduation as many of you should already know.. the latter shall be for any after-events for the former as well as giving myself some rest OR entertainment we all deserved. (:

sketched the two cute ladies in the ace attorney series. if you played the game, i’m sure you’ll know them! heh. Trucy’s face is duper out of shape but i didn’t have eraser so didn’t bother to redraw..

retail therapy with wushuyi after work. bought a couple of stuffs – all on SALE – and spent like only $60? *laughs* considered a VERY fruitful shopping trip because yesterday’s town trip with sister was totally useless. but in any case, i heart GSS! oh, almost everything at m)phosis is freaking cheap; go take a look if you don’t believe me! hmm, plus the couple of tens i spent two days ago, it’s already one-ninth of my pay gone! gosh. honestly, “earn more, spend more” is very very very TRUE. *pouts*

happiness is deprived from – putting behind, being content, and constantly changing.

took a couple of snaps of the toddler sitting in front of me last night, he’s damn adorable & not at all scared of strangers! he can be carried by anyone without even crying. but somehow, only his granny can make him smile. the chubby face and the mini dimple; he melts me like my eyecandy! *grins*

hmm, wanted to go for the blood donation drive at TG today but was unfortunately down with a bad flu and fever. blocked nose, ears and even brain. i don’t even recall myself being able to sleep last night. well, glad i’m all better right now though. anyways, darling xumige made my day! hahahah. and with her duper cute name, i think my parents love her too. *laughs*
