Step down

first things first; here’s one of the first few photos we took as a group last night. am actually pretty lazy to arrange all other photos to blog so yea, can check them out in my facebook album if you want. but don’t say i didn’t warn you, most of them are camwhoring shots. anyways, i was told i laughed a lot last night, can’t really remember but i guess it’s not surprising since the group of people are all so funny! hahah.. and please, i wasn’t the only drunk one. *looks at guy on right hand side of picture* :X

spent a very unproductive and wasted day in school today. all geared up with my laptop, actually intended to do my project and tutorials but i ended up staring into blank air for 3-4 hours and coming out with only FIVE pathetic words in my report. *sigh*

oh well, the main objective of going school was still the SC interview. seriously, should have known better that i’m still unable to overcome my fear of public speaking. very very disappointed, with myself that is.. probably i should have just backed out and stay virtual to save myself from some stress and embarassment. *laughs* okay lah, guess it’s not THAT bad but i can pretty much conclude that i still haven’t found the courage and way to present myself. way to go, tsehwee..

KTV date

after class was KTV date with carmen and charles. i don’t know why but it seems like they’re always giving in to me. haha, but anyways, damn nice of charles to actually call his mum to ask for some vege place to have lunch. something i didnt expect but yea, settled on LingZhi at Liat Towers which, i would say, is a duper ex restaurant.

296 minutes

a big hole in my pocket! caught the dark knight last night with david, mike & jerms and red cliff part 1 with a couple of my OG mates this evening. both were duper long shows, took up 296 minutes of my life but yea, worth the money. LOL, oh my… i sound so cheapo. *laughs*

went school earlier this morning and met up with shihui, charles, jef and darren to do projects. didn’t do much other than enjoying the aircon in the library. hahah.. but anyway, the point is.. the guys were damn sweet. knowing i’ve no food in school, they dabao-ed food for me on the way to school. heh. they even got enough for everyone so yea, all of us had vege bee hoon for our lunch meeting today. hahah.. thanks guys! (:

Not weekends

i changed my mind; i hate the project(s). it’s like i know what to write but i don’t know what to write. alrights, i admit i can’t really figure what i’m trying to prove here. well, it’s a wonderful Friday night, destroyed by the need to complete this assignment. what’s more pathetic? there is school tomorrow, on a beautiful Saturday morning. well, i feel like i can do with some sleep now.. hah.

Kbox & we

stocking up the masks in my cupboard from online sprees. i guess this should be enough to last me for at least a month or two. haha. had a couple more loots from Cotton On sale with ah wu at Lot 1 after class today! but i wonder if i should be happy or sad because i’m spending without an income now..

oh yes, talking about school.. DC lecture today was hell. the RMIT lecturer seems to be singing a lullaby with his cartoon-news-reporter-ly voice. and with the speed of his speech and his mumbling-to-himself jokes, i couldn’t help dozing off like every 5 minutes or so. was whining to daddy how much i hate school just now and i gained a knock on my head. *pouts*

anyways, about half of the OG (including me, of course) went for a ktv session after BB class yesterday. there were around 13 of us so the pathetic 4 hours wasn’t really enough to enjoy. the service was bad wasn’t very good and it was kinda pricey. but well, it’s an occasional spending so.. not too bad. (:

Temptations

i kept procastinating.. it’s not that i hate the project. i’ve just got no idea how to start. then a couple of useless and irrelevant books start stacking by my side. for a moment, i thought motivation striked but it seems like the bed and pillows got me more. another wasted day.. *sigh*

Super soaker

stayed back after class for awhile to watch the Super Soaker event organised by the RMIT student council. just wanted to catch a glimpse of the game and the participants but we waited quite some time (like an hour or so) before the war officially started. took our leaves after successfully predicting the winners for the first two matches though. not too sure what happened after that but i’m sure everyone there had fun.

by WE and OUR, i refer to ah wu and me! photo credits to keith but i kinda edited it because i had to. *laughs* so thankful i requested that he don’t upload the picture to facebook. but you can take a look at other photos he took here. oh yes, and that’s the 1st ever photo of ah wu’s CHOPPED hair! honoured, am i not? heh. thea chopped her hair too! oh man, makes me so tempted to do it too. but nah.. i’m not THAT brave.. *pouts*

Week 1

3 days of school, 9 hours of OB lectures; week 1 finally ended. most of the time was spent day-dreaming, if not dozing off. but well, so far so good. i’d say i’m enjoying school if those project guidelines that’s been staring at me for the past few hours can disappear into thin air. *yawns* ANYWAYS, been neglecting my blog so here’s a little update on my life. (:

Networking dinner

drove to school yesterday afternoon for some networking dinner organised by the RMIT student council. almost got into an accident on the way home, i almost collided head-on with an oncoming lorry. *laughs* shows how lousy my judging of car distance from my rear/side-view mirrors is. anyways, that’s not the main point. right, was fun knowing more people from other courses as well as the council.
