Trip to school

so yea, saturday’s photography date was in school, or should we call it our former school? heh. and our mode of transport was provided by driver wu! not a lot of nice photographs though. reason being the weather was too humid & our laptops were really heavy.. oh well.

this picture is a reenactment of a photo we took at the same place, 2 years ago! sure there’s a little difference.. oh, a sad thing was the library closed at 1pm. we were still planning out the nice parts of the library we want to take.. *pouts*

Friday night

sadly, no luck for a USB cable. had the photos transfered using my supervisor’s card reader. so here, a couple of photos from friday night.. i think we walked throughout the night. all the way from bugis to roma’s to selegie road to plaza singapura to heerens to takashimaya. i think we’re good. HEH. (:

Unfound

The pharmacist arrives at work to find a frightened-looking man against the wall.
“What’s wrong with him?” the pharmacist asked his clerk.
“He wanted cough medicine but i couldn’t find any, so i gave him a laxative.”
“Laxatives won’t cure a cough,” yelled the owner.
“Sure they will. look at him. he’s afraid to cough.”

a very random joke i came across in RD. anyways, it really sucks to not have photos because there isn’t anything else interesting to look out for in this space. unfortunately, the memory card didn’t work on wu’s laptop either. hopefully i can get a USB cable from the company tmr and get the pictures loaded.

hmm. went chevrons’s aviary ktv last night with the extended gang. the place is so nice that it beats going to partyworld and kbox. but too bad, i can’t be a chevrons member. ): we sang from about 11pm till the last song at 2.50am. the drinks there are kinda cheap too but my choices were restricted because i had to drive. and i’ve been having this terrible headache since last night which i think i probably just need more rest.

oh yea, it’s monday again tmr and it’s hello to 4th week at nikon. university posting results should be out anytime soon and i’m keeping my fingers crossed. come to think of it, i’ve got no idea what to do if i’m rejected from NUS and NTU because i didn’t do anything called “back-up plans” & “applications elsewhere”..

Totally pissed

seriously, i’m so bloody pissed right now, i can kill.. shall not whine so openly out here. anyways. yesterday marks my 3rd week at nikon! and yes, i’ve always wanted to mention about the place being so different from those office situations shown in Just Follow Law. i mean, the day ends at 5.30pm but i’m always the first to leave at around 5.40pm? nobody seems to leave their seats until after 6 or 7pm. i wonder if it’s typical, or if it’s because it’s a japanese MNC..

here’s two more masterpieces copied from some ads online. heh. i wasn’t slacking; just waiting for tasks to be assigned to me. and it’s finally saturday! no long weekends but at least some opportunity to sleep late.. (:

how about your favourite colours for breakfast? heh. and i finally found the cause to my recent tummyaches. nono, not that food above. heh. my relative came to visit me! LOL should have known better lah.

heh. nowadays, life’s so much better. got apollo justice to accompany me to work, and fion darling for lunch & home.. and the darling is also my letterbox, her place is where my spree items go! which i think is going to be so busy cos i addressed all my parcels to her house to avoid nagging from daddy. lols.

new love gone, newer love here. darlings, let’s go out again this weekend, shall we? anyways, i can foresee a busy day tmr. i scribbled 8 pages of minutes during the 3-hours meeting just now. seriously, i HOPE i can still figure out what i scribbled.

hmm, finally had my brows trimmed after work. i think coslab is still the best place after so many changes. and, i really need to do something to my ugly hair. sponsor me, anyone? LOL, enough of whining, i shall change my plan to sleep-at-11pm. because 10pm doesn’t seems to work at all. haha.

Pretty messed

you guys should have seen the rain today! it was so heavy that people had to open their umbrellas inside the MRT station. yes, i meant INSIDE. that was how heavy the rain was.. haha. oh well, i haven’t stopped yawning since this morning. my sleep-at-10pm plan shall resume tonight. good day, everyone! (:

Good Friday

perfect day spent out with my darlings. first stop was island creamery for ice cream, followed by botanic gardens. alright, maybe it wasn’t that perfect because it rained while we were meeting. but, the rain actually made the photo therapy session much better because there were pools of water on the ground in place for taking reflections. met up with the guys at novena for dinner after that to claim their loots from beng.

you’ll see a lot of pictures captioned as “flowers” because i seriously have no idea what flowers they are. and yes, mostly are taken by gladys. maybe if you spot some uglier ones, they are by me! heh. anyways, still in search for better photo albums to share photos. slide was too lag because there were too many pictures in it. so for the time being, shall just make do with the MyPhotoAlbum thing.

in conclusion, it was a nice day spent and i think we really should do this more often! i’m sure my darlings are nodding their heads in agreement now. (:
