headed down to the Makan Place, like finally, after morning lecture today. haha. i swear the place is awesome! Ngee Ann kids nowadays are really having good life i tell you.. but we, being just next to them, get to enjoy this facility a year too, before we bid the place goodbye. *grins*

goodies from ZT! they are all heart-shaped and very very yummy! thank you pretty! *grins* oh yes, i just recalled today that the pretty date 11/1 has passed. in other words, i can say goodbye to my P plate already! but nah, not gonna take it down yet because daddy says i don’t drive like a licensed driver yet. -.-”

was in the midst of rushing my mass production of christmas cards when i suddenly smelt this butter and bake. thought mummy was baking some cookies so i went to check it out and realised she was actually baking a cake for me! *grins* seriously, she did it so silently that i didn’t even know she was baking in the kitchen. well, the aroma betrayed her. rights, then she placed all the decorations we kept for years all onto the cake. it may be a little messy but i think it’s cute! that’s the best cake i’ve ever had this year. because it was made with love. (:

crush the biscuits and pour those cheese on top and guess what you get? haha. mummy’s specialty cheese tarts actually. but nah.. i didn’t take any pictures of the final product. it’s all safely in my stomach now. heh.
the first instance.
heh, as you can tell from the pictures, i baked again today! *grins* nah, not that i’m so in love with baking or that i’m so free i had nothing to do.. mommy wanted to bake for the neighbours so i decided to help out. well well, but i can proudly say I BAKED because i did most of the stuffs, as pictured above! for no reason.
met up with gladys to shop yesterday and told her about my baking plans. and so, she came over to my place this afternoon for our ambitious plans of doing TWO cookie recipes. *laughs* but yea, the keyword here is ambitious; we only did one in the end because the quantity was quite enough and we were too lazy already. thus, we gave up the 2nd recipe for Choppy Biscuit as pictured above. (yes, that’s a picture from the recipe book)

a hearty kitchen affair.
my lovely carroty heart. hahaha. anyways, was in the kitchen almost the entire day after the usual duper-early breakfast session with my family. happily being mummy’s little helper again. prepared some food for the guests coming in the evening. despite MOST of the guests being her friends, sis only helped a little here & there and went for all her beauty self-therapies.
i guess the issue with the mio box is related to the welcoming of mio TV into my house today. it’s a pretty funny thing actually. just a week or 2 ago, some random singtel guy came into my house to promote this dumbass SuperSaver Pack. knowing i’m quite a TV freak, daddy asked for my opinion on it. the only answer i gave him was, “daddy, DON’T waste money please..” but well, the next thing i know, that promoter guy walked out of my house, already clinching a deal. -.-”
