had two birthday celebrations in a row yesterday and boy, there were like huge loads of food. same catering for both, familiar locations too. like of cos, granny’s was at home and claudia’s was at where i previously held my 21st. both was awesome and i had a good time catching up with my couzs and friends. (:

Tuesday night was out to halo bar. supposedly jio-ed quite a number of people but somehow, a very last minute change ended up with a turnout of only the usuals – EPIC♥. was feeling quite zzz in the beginning but of cos, time spent with them is always (: so yup, it was pretty good actually.. rights, didn’t get to sing much since we were sitting in the hall and honestly, didn’t think the sound system was good. probably cos we’ve been through partyworld @ Taiwan, nowhere can be comparable anymore. hahaha.
a compass is not enough.
finally got my photoshop to work again after clearing a couple of files from my C: drive but at the expense of my iTouch library.. anyways, been back from Taiwan for nearly a week now. however, other than working on Saturday and youth group on Sunday, the only other day i stepped out of house was Friday, to school, for whatever reasons you can think of.. i just have nothing better to do i guess. or hmm.. the best reason i could think of is to distribute the box of taiyangbing i bought for the people. (:

just like that, the long awaited week’s trip to Taipei with EPIC is over! the weather over there was super ownage, think we hit the lowest of about 9°C on the last night. and we were all pretty champions in our dressing especially me and buddy on certain nights. imagine wearing a singlet or sleeveless top. *laughs* oh ya, we clubbed on the first night upon reaching there. bought another bottle another random night and drank again. partyworld-ed on the last night/morning for 6 hours and did a lot of other crazy stunts like walking in the rain near the sea with all the breeze. watched hai pai tian xin live on TV and loads of other variety shows. oh oh oh, and i had my hair permed the afternoon just before we flew back! (:

see all the NTD? EPIC’s gonna go on our long awaited getaway to Taipei later! in fact, our flight’s in about 12 hours’ time! heh. anyways, haven’t been blogging for one main reason – i couldn’t open my photoshop. but i figured i should do an entry before i go if not it feels like i abandoned my blog without any notice. so yup, as you can see.. the picture above has no domain stamp. hopefully i can get a job soon and get myself a new laptop and get photoshop to work again!
happy new year 2010!
a year has actually flew by in a wink. what a cliche way of saying but so true. wanted to do a summary of 2009 like how i did a year ago for 2008 and things to look forward to in 2010. but somehow, it’s been a long long year (yes, of cos, 365 days) so it’s hard to recall in just a bit. but in any case, i had a great time, learnt a lot and seen through loads. have finally completed my degree course in SIM and held my unforgettable 21st birthday party. 2010 should be a year i look into for my career path and hopefully, i’ll be able to get a job i like. definitely, hope it’d be a much better year for everyone, family and friends.
there are actually just two things i wanna do for everyday of the new year:
okay, everyone’s been sending out long smses but i’m too lazy to. i’ll dedicate this blog entry to everyone but of cos, they will only see it if they are reading this. thanks for being part of my life in 2009, be it for good stuff or bad stuff. i hope you continue to in 2010 and, love ya! (:
merry christmas?
feels like crap because my laptop is starting to fail me due to the lack of storage space. now that i’m done converting all my songs, the harddisk has easily used up like another three times of the space it used to take up. now i can’t even use photoshop because the error message that my scratch disk is full won’t stop appearing. to be honest, it makes me feel a little lost to be unable to do stuff that i’ve always been doing without fail. on a side note, i had 3 great xmas parties for the past 3 nights and i totally slept to my fullest today, clocking like a 9-6 sleeping time as if it was my job. feels really nua to the max but i guess it’s enough rest for now! gonna get my lazy ass back to work tmr. probably, it’s time to look for a proper job too. once i achieve that, i shall be looking at a new companion very soon..
a lot of thoughts going through my mind lately, some of which i wished i didn’t have to be bothered with. i wanted to feel like an adult, being able to handle things more maturely. i guess buddy is right, needing the courage to do the right things is definitely something i need to work on. just a little tired of too many things, i’m going on my disappearing act again. but of cos, twitter is a place i’ll never go missing from. hur. but well, till i get my mood back, don’t miss me! a BLITE affair is finally over and i cannot say enough thankyous to everyone who made it possible! the whole party was pretty much a rush, i finally can uds the hardwork of planning and holding a large-scale party like that. i was actually getting really paranoid at the beginning of the party due to my hair which couldn’t stay the way it was styled to be. then, there were plenty of mini screw-ups here and there. i would say the party was not perfect at all, didn’t go according to how i was expecting it to be and i’m guilty of neglecting all my guests especially my relatives. sorry if i made anyone unhappy but please don’t take it to heart! you guys mean the whole world to me, everyone of you who came! the whole party wouldn’t be complete without you. my apologies for the notveryuptostandard place, my neglience and other imperfect stuff. hope you people liked the food, the cake, and everything else! THANKYOU LOVELY PEOPLE! (:
for the 1st time in my life..
am looking at roughly a day more to my birthday party and hours to checking into my chalet. honestly, i’ve no idea if i’m exactly looking forward to it. the heavy rain this morning may mean two things. one, it IS going to rain tmr too cos it just proved that it’s rainy season; two, it will NOT rain tmr because the rain just got “cleared” today. oh well, of cos i wished it’s the latter.. at least, just give me a dry party just till midnight.. the rain can pour however heavy it wants after that, i wouldn’t give a damn. *laughs*
can’t believe i’m still quite lost in my planning but nah, i don’t think anyone can help me with it because i get very anal as i am very indecisive and stubborn that i wont continue doing anything so long as there’s just one small missing part. people who worked with me before would know. HAHAH. anyways, to those who RSVP-ed, thanks alot! remember to come in your blacks or whites and i’ll see you tmr!
