life as a whole.

back from one weekend had the poor flower lose the energy to live. however, giving it water revived it again shortly. i wonder if that would apply for human beings as well. packing my weekends without work with activities. i guess these can be the “water” to revive me. so tired of being exhausted from all the workload, shitholes and rubbish thoughts. i think i can be a better person. *smiles* did i mention i’ve red stripes of hair now? not exactly loving it but it gives me some courage for a change. heading for initiation later to mark this weekend. as for the last, here’s a few pictures! how time flies and it’s already August. so, the patriotic month started off with our dear 头 and 日’s birthday. treated them to an awesome dinner at the Jap restaurant as a combined celebration for the 23rd and the 21st. (:

NE Games day

in a period of, i think, less than a week, we got ourselves prepared for our very own Games Day. i think it’s the 4th one after 3 held last year. nevertheless, it was my first! having to present read the script for like a good 20 minutes in front at the back of a whole load of people was a challenge. well, people who knows me should know how much i detest presentations. well, a good experience though! (:

it’s dear SATURDAY again and i’m in office packing up stuff for the event later. doubt much people will actually see this in time to join me but if you are, come down and join us at the Game Fiesta @ Cineleisure LATER! there’ll be Band Hero, DJ Hero and Tony Hawk RIDE competition going on. furthermore, there will be a lucky draw going on and all you have to do is FILL UP A FORM! yups, as easy as that, see you there! Long overdue

HELLO BLOGGY! can’t believe it’s been like almost half a month since i last updated. photoshop down, busy with work, no time and all.. guess i can think of more reasons and excuses to cover the fact that i’m simply lazy. maybe i kinda lost the passion and motivation to blog. but whatever the case, i’m back again! *laughs* and yup, moving on.. CNY continued on, with a couple of gatherings here and there. the above was taken at evans’s place where i gambled and won money for the 1st time! (:

had two birthday celebrations in a row yesterday and boy, there were like huge loads of food. same catering for both, familiar locations too. like of cos, granny’s was at home and claudia’s was at where i previously held my 21st. both was awesome and i had a good time catching up with my couzs and friends. (:

Ending off 2oo9

happy new year 2010!

a year has actually flew by in a wink. what a cliche way of saying but so true. wanted to do a summary of 2009 like how i did a year ago for 2008 and things to look forward to in 2010. but somehow, it’s been a long long year (yes, of cos, 365 days) so it’s hard to recall in just a bit. but in any case, i had a great time, learnt a lot and seen through loads. have finally completed my degree course in SIM and held my unforgettable 21st birthday party. 2010 should be a year i look into for my career path and hopefully, i’ll be able to get a job i like. definitely, hope it’d be a much better year for everyone, family and friends.

there are actually just two things i wanna do for everyday of the new year:

  • continue keeping track of my expenses (i’ve done it for the whole of 2009!)
  • take photo with my mini love and set up a page for my own set of a-photo-a-day collection (but i think the setting up is going to take some time as i dont have the time yet but i’ll start snapping right away!)

okay, everyone’s been sending out long smses but i’m too lazy to. i’ll dedicate this blog entry to everyone but of cos, they will only see it if they are reading this. thanks for being part of my life in 2009, be it for good stuff or bad stuff. i hope you continue to in 2010 and, love ya! (:

BIG THANKYOU!

happy birthday to me!

a BLITE affair is finally over and i cannot say enough thankyous to everyone who made it possible! the whole party was pretty much a rush, i finally can uds the hardwork of planning and holding a large-scale party like that. i was actually getting really paranoid at the beginning of the party due to my hair which couldn’t stay the way it was styled to be. then, there were plenty of mini screw-ups here and there. i would say the party was not perfect at all, didn’t go according to how i was expecting it to be and i’m guilty of neglecting all my guests especially my relatives. sorry if i made anyone unhappy but please don’t take it to heart! you guys mean the whole world to me, everyone of you who came! the whole party wouldn’t be complete without you. my apologies for the notveryuptostandard place, my neglience and other imperfect stuff. hope you people liked the food, the cake, and everything else! THANKYOU LOVELY PEOPLE! (:
